Welcome back! Glad your computer is all healthy now! and just in time for lots of lovely JE 2006 news (I hope! ;-)).

As I’ve probably said before, I recommend Teale’s adaptation unreservedly – not because it is perfect (it is far from that) but because it is such an interesting and enjoyable take on the novel. Will you get to see it, do you think?

Well, you did review it at LERO although I am still skeptical about the production, especially about an actor playing Pilot ;) I won't get to see it. It is coming very near my hometown- minutes away, in fact, and I am very very familiar with that particular theatre but I'll be in Halifax for grad school when it plays there! And this would be the first time something Bronte-related happened here, in the land that forgot the Brontes! Just my luck!...
